Revenues for the first quarter of 2008/2009

Paris, 7 August 2008

Télécom Réseaux Services today announces consolidated revenues for the first
quarter of its 2008/2009 financial year ending 31 March 2009.

       Revenues 9.71 8.11 9.15
(1)Since 01/04/2008, Télécom Réseaux Services' revenues have included
those of Groupe Artelcom following the acquisition of Groupe Artelcom on 31
March 2008.

Robert Martin, Chairman of Télécom Réseaux Services' Executive Board, made
the
following comments: 'Our first-quarter 2008/2009 revenue figures are the first
to reflect the combination of Télécom Réseaux Services and Groupe Artelcom.
As
a result, comparisons are difficult, and revenue figures do not yet fully
reflect the potential synergies resulting from the combination. Revenues
suffered from the weak economic environment in the first six months of 2008,
and to a lesser extent from the priority given by both companies' management to
preparing for and completing the acquisition on 31 March. In June, order intake
improved significantly, and the upturn continued throughout July.'

Lionel Smeers, General Manager of Télécom Réseaux Services, added the
following
: 'The combination of our two companies fits with our strategic view of our
markets, and of our role as an IT services integrator and operator seeking to
attain a unique position in terms of the technology and services we provide.
Already, our customers, partners and suppliers have shown a keen interest in
our project. All employees of the new-look Télécom Réseaux Services have made

an unreserved commitment to this project by immediately pooling all of their
talents. We won our first contract involving the skills of all group companies
from INSEM in July.'

       - First-quarter 2008/2009 revenues

Since the acquisition of Artelcom took place on 31 March 2008, the €9.71m
revenue figure for the first quarter of 2008/2009 includes all Group activities.
In the 2007/2008 consolidated financial statements, proforma estimates were
made regarding Artelcom's business over the 2007/2008 period, including
estimated revenues of €7.92m. Although Artelcom traditionally generates
stronger revenues in the second half of the calendar year than in the first, it
was cautiously assumed that Artelcom would achieve revenues on a linear basis
of one quarter of €7.92m, or€1.98m in each quarter of the 2007/2008 period.
                                                                            1

                   TELECOM RESEAUX SERVICES

As a result, Télécom Réseaux Services' revenues in the first quarter of 2008/
2009 were slightly lower than the proforma figure for the previous quarter. The
decline also reflected lower order intake in the last two months of 2007/2008,
caused by the tough economic environment.

          - Strategic developments after the combination with Artelcom

Since 31 March and the arrival of a new main shareholder, the Group is
implementing its growth plan as part of its development strategy. This growth
plan includes:
    • the creation of a Strategy Department and a Marketing and
Communication
Committee, which has already been done,
    • efforts to strengthen the Group's market position and image,
    • work to bolster the product range, by carrying out major developments
in convergence-related activities, sealing new partnerships and introducing
dynamic management of sales teams,
    • a national roll-out of the Group's activities starting in early 2009,
using Artelcom's existing locations.

Outlook: stronger order intake in June and July

These developments are already showing some positive effects, particularly
in terms of commercial activity. Order intake in June and July was strong
enough to make up for all of the shortfall seen since 1 January 2008 relative
to the year-earlier period.
In the last two months, major contracts have been signed with customers
including Au Forum du Bâtiment (all-IP plus applications), Mairie de Paris, La
Redoute Benelux, Farnell, Greta Cotentin, Comexposium, Doméo, Sélect Services
Partner (SSP), CAF and Insem. The Insem contract was the first to involve the
skills of all Group entities.

         - Next event: Shareholders' meeting, 26 September 2008
