Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
The Company announces the following change to the interests of a Director in the Company's ordinary shares of 25p each ('Shares'):
Mr T C Wheeler
Share Nominees Limited acquired 47 Shares on behalf of a Single Company PEP held by Mr Wheeler on 5 January 2009 at a price of 141.95 pence per Share.
Following this transaction Mr Wheeler's total benefical shareholding in the Company was 501,361 Shares representing approximately 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
The company was advised of the transaction on 6 January 2009.
